Lynns Homemade Ice Cream and Belgian Waffles is a family owned and operated business located in Inverness Florida. Owners Rudi and Lynn Weber moved to Inverness Florida in the Fall of 2012 from Antwerp Belgium. They had a dream of opening an ice cream shop that would bring the taste of Belgium to their new friends and neighbors.

Using a cross between American and  Belgian flavors for their homemade Ice creams they serve in a handmade waffle crisp bowl, to the uniqueness of a light crisp Brussels waffle made with all natural ingredients and served on a stone plate. They have really hit the mark.
